CKAN Error

I just did a fresh install of KSP (long story involving dead harddrive and much lost content).  I tried to install CKAN and got this error:

 

 

Figuring there might be an issue with CKAN, I remember I have CKAN on another drive with some older KSP versions. I opened that and it works fine. However, if I tried to update it, I got the error again.

 

It seems this problem has arisen before:

I was going to post this on the CKAN forum, but it looks like it is closed. @HebaruSan, I think you are person to ask about this?

I'm assuming you mean the bug reporting?  I'll see about getting a Github profile.

Well to sum up, it's a known issue that will be fixed in the next release.
