changing my language to english

I have downloaded the game but the dictionary file is in Chinese language and I cannot understand a word out of it. can someone please share a link to the english language config file as I am unable to get it on the internet

Where did you download it from?   

Sharing of assets from the game is not allowed.

The store lets you download the language version of your choice, doesn't it? Why not install the English form (if that's what you want)?
