Megajoule blocked with Kerbalism and KSP Interstellar

My English is not perfect, sorry

I have always used KSP Interstellar and Kerbalism and have had no problems until updating to the latest versions.

The megajoules are "locked in", the ships only use EC and do not charge or discharge the megajoules.

I have tried to install the game again (latest version) and installed only the two mods and the error remains the same.

Any ideas?

Yes its intentional, in allowing Kerbalism  and Interstellar  to function better. I will soon upload a version wich will fix some of the issues
