How many and please fix the 30 parts limit on console (happens in sandbox and science mode)

Ever since 1.14 for Kerbal Space Program Enhanced Edition was release there has been a bug showing up on sandbox mode and science mode. When you switch the editor and go back to the original building you entered the building will look like the Level 1 SPH or VAB in Career mode. There comes with a parts and weight limit. However the parts you have unlocked are still there. Please take this poll if you have this problem. Please fix this problem  Squad.
