Falcon Heavy Kos Dual booster landing

Hi, 

Marcus house  had made a kos code for falcon heavy which only works with ksp 1.3 and lower. So i have modified his script and made it compatible with Ksp 1.8.1 and higher . So i will now  continue to to update  his script .
