You'll get it. It just takes time and practice - and a good design.

i want to make my shuttle like NASA's space shuttle. not working like normal, can't even reach orbit.

Shuttles were a tough nut to crack!

Piloting them is very difficult.

Very true. Also just docked my first ever crafts in orbit

I have similar issues launching my shuttles, in my case I always have a problem getting the thrust vector correct and it always pushed too far in One direction over another
