xiaoxiao181
Been having issues with this mod not working properly and cannot find any information on the mod itself aside from this one forum post. For starters, it doesn't seem to matter what wheels I put on the bodies. They don't seem to touch the ground. They spin freely and the vehicle refuses to move. The one time I did manage to get the vehicle to move, it only turns to the right and has little to no power to move forward. I couldn't even climb the tiny incline from the grass back up onto the runway. I didn't put anything else on the vehicle. It was just the body and the 4 wheels. It really helps if you actually read the instructions. Directly quoted from the beginning of the thread. Where it is in bold and capitalised. AS WITH ALL WHEELS, THEY NEED TO BE ROTATED 90 DEGREES CLOCKWISE ONCE PLACED ON THE VEHICLE TO BE THE RIGHT WAY UP. THE VALVE MARK SHOULD BE AT THE TOP. This is not only on here but on the Spacedock page. Every wheel you have used in stock KSP and I am pretty sure otherwise needs to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise once put on. It is just more obvious when they have shock towers attached to them.
xiaoxiao181
I did read the instructions. I wouldn't be here if I hadn't. But since you've decided to be so hostile about it, I think I'd rather just uninstall it and use the stock parts. Have a wonderful evening. Not sure why you would think there was. All I did was make it clear how the wheel system works. Believe it or not, not everybody is aggressive or out to hurt people. The main bold was the direct quote as it is written, to get peoples attention, and the second was to make it clear it was also written on Spacedock. If you have read it, then your wheels will now be working. But, as with all of us, it is your game to play as you please, just don't assume that if someone gives you clear information, that that is somehow hostile. Sincerely. Have a good life. ColdJ
@majNUN See, that Is why context is important. I see now what you were refering to. "The Prisoner" inspired my Mini Moke, which is why the Penny Farthing, but it is my Father who has watched it extensively. I personally am not up on the plot. But I am glad that you know the reference
ColdJ
If you have Airplane Plus then this craft will fit the Truck and anything smaller. Just add some KAS or docking to lock your truck for flight. If you are using a trailer hinge make sure you lock it before docking so that your trailer doesn't drop through the cargo bay floor. It can be tricky because the game insists the joint must be still before locking, so it can take much tapping on the lock button before it takes. https://kerbalx.com/ColdJ/LCS2-Cargo Edited October 25, 2021 by ColdJ

I should test this thing on Duna.
