你好!我在CKAN上安装了KIU全套,其中CZ2F和shenzhou提示我缺少KCHS.SZ.OrbitalModule。在GameData\KIU\KIU_Chinese_Human_Spaceflight_pack\ShenZhou\Part下我找到了OrbitalModule.cfg和OrbitalModule.mu,但是游戏里的建造界面找不到。我先删除了之前手动安装的ICSP,KIU系列的mod是用CKAN自动安装的,反复删除安装多次仍然没有轨道舱组件。我的游戏版本是1.12.5,KIU版本1.0.5,请问该如何解决?感谢!

Hello! I've installed the whole KIU mods on CKAN and CZ2F and shenzhou ships reminds me of lacking KCHS.SZ.OrbitalModule. I'm sure that the OrbitalModule.cfg and OrbitalModule.mu exist in GameData\KIU\KIU_Chinese_Human_Spaceflight_pack\ShenZhou\Part, but they can't be found in the game. I deleted ICSP mods which I installed them manually. The KIU mods are installed by CKAN automatically. I deleted KIU and reinstalled them and the orbital module still can't be used. My KSP version is 1.12.5, KIU version 1.0.5. How to solve it? Tysm !

I've solved the problem.  Maybe it was caused by a mod conflict.

KCLV 1.1.8:

-Added Long March-10 Launch Vehicle

-Fixed the issue of conflict with KCAP in some cases

Yeah, they modified the dry mass so that the rockets would perform on stock like they would in real life (rather than highly overpowered as stock is).

 

I had a mod somewhere here where I modified the tank dry mass for people that use 2.5/2.7 scale mods. I haven't updated it in a while though, so new rockets since then won't have it. 

 

Edited for correction. They've stated they won't be supporting 2.5/2.7 scale mods, but the RO configuration, or 1/4 weight of the RO mass should be right.

I've readjusted the mass values of the fuel tanks to be aligned better with the stock game, haven't test it yet but it should be good.

It uses the same fuel mass to tank mass ratio as the stock game so it should be well balanced now, also include all tanks in the mod.

i have now tested it and although the DV may be a little high on some vehicles which this confi it is now properly balanced for 2.5-3.2x systems

lt me know if it needs updates or fixes

We decided that the stock version should be able to match the burn time and the payload capacity with the real version, hence the heavy tank. We donot intend to change that, but I can add your work to the Front page.

About Tianlong-3, I'm both sad and angry for what just happened. 

Before the event, I'm actually working on the texture for Tianlong-3, with the intention of adding the vehicle to KCLV around September.

I'm all for commercial launch, I do believe in rapid iteration, but not in such a way that public lives and property could be damaged. 

I hope the company could be able to bounce back.

Static tests breaking free are a known, documented risk. That's why rockets should be tested in remote areas with a big safety zone. A brief examination in Google Maps shows schools, hospitals, and housing within 1.5 miles / 2.5 km of the launch site.

Don't let it spoil your fun developing your mod.

About to test this in RP-1 using this patch:

To do it properly you need to break down the parts and add them in the proper spot in the tech tree.
