How do you get the welders tool?

I don't know how to get the welders tool. I am confused if you automatically get it, if it is in the science tree, or Or do we get it from something else. can someone please tell me.

you need an engeneer kerbal on eva and you dont need a tool you should have it already. (maybe you need to level it up in career mode but im not sure) then you need to press whatever keybind you have too it so either check it in the menu or press every key on your keyboard

The default keybind for EVA Construction Mode is the i key or use the menu icon. Only useable by Engineers.
