zer0Kerbal
SpaceY Expanded (SYE) An expansion pack for the SpaceY Lifters (SYL) parts addon which adds 7.5m parts, plus additional engines, accessories, and other parts that go beyond the original stated purpose of SpaceY Lifters (SYL). Requires both SpaceY Corp (SYC) and SpaceY Lifters (SYL). By zer0Kerbal, originally by @NecroBones adopted with express permission and brought to you by KerbSimpleCo Forward by @NecroBones This parts pack is an expansion for the [SpaceY Lifters (SYL)SYL pack, and requires that one as a dependency. The name is a play on "SpaceX" in the real world, but also has the amusing double connotations of being "spacey", and also "Space, why?" -- Because it's there! We hope you enjoy this pack. If you have any comments or feedbacplease feel free to send a private message to NecroBones zer0Kerbal on the KSP forums. Thanks! Part of the NecroBones suite of mods, that work nicely together! Design Goals Provide some new visual styles, to dress up the booster sections of your rockets. Help mildly reduce part count and wobble, by providing larger tanks. Be as memory efficient as possible. Each diameter has a shared texture to keep memory usage low. Follow the same colors and artistic style established in Color Coded Canisters. Disclaimers Note that the stats, appearances, and descriptions of the parts shown below are subject to change, or may be out of date. The "Delta IV Heavy" shown in some screenshots below includes parts from several other mods. CKAN is a great mod for those that can't use zip tools. If you are having issues please let the CKAN people know and refer to the CKAN thread. My support of CKAN extends with checking the checkbox in SpaceDock. Beware, CKAN can really mess up; though it tries very, very, very hard not to. darthgently
You may, or may not, be interested to know that the mod metadata on CKAN for the forum still points to the old forum. I realize you state above that you don't care to maintain CKAN metadata, but thought this may be an exception. It also lists the latest KSP version as 1.4 fwiw

It also lists the latest KSP version as 1.4 fwiw Thank you @darthgently +1 that information has been updated on SpaceDock and should automatically flow through to CKAN, in fact that seemingly is the only way information can be updated on CKAN on my mods. https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/pulls SpaceDock is a valuable player resource, and the creators/maintainers should be given a firm congratulatory clap on the back. With that said, the only reason for me to update SpaceDock is to update CKAN, and since that isn't working; and CurseForge is in many ways superior to SpaceDock (and has direct downloads + app) there is little impetus for me to spend valuable resources(time) updating SpaceDock. Because you asked: I will push an update to SpaceDock later today; after finishing the adoption of MRS. However, like pretty much all of mods, it won't be the latest version because the latest version is always quarantined to CurseForge before heading to the Internet Archives via CKAN via SpaceDock. ad hoc, ergo promptus hoc, in order to alleviate the logjam constipation affecting CKAN concerned players should make their concerns noted to the folks in the CKAN thread. Overlocker96
I was testing this mod, for lack of 10m parts on the Nertea suite, and I found that the 7m and 10m tanks and some engines that use the part variant where bugged. The problem was the config file for the variants, as it used the OLD part name instead of the NEW one.
