how do i change my profile picture?

i joined the forums 16 hours ago and i can't find a way to change my profile picture .Can you help please.

Howdy.   Your access is restricted until the forum is sure you are not a nasty spambot, which you can prove by posting a few more times. Then you will be automatically granted full access and be able to customize your profile.

Welcome to the forums @what the heck bro! As pointed by @Vanamonde, you'll need to make at least five posts approved by moderators, and then you'll be granted full access to customization features -- like changing your pfp.

Actually, a little more than five. I'm still waiting for access to change my profile picture 

EDIT After this post, everything worked out. Now I'm haunted by the feeling that I'm being watched. (This was my ninth post, but my profile only shows five)

Hah... ok I was wondering about this. I lost my old Forum account - it was linked to an Email that no longer exists so... bummer
