How to delete space ships in space?

Hi everybody. I just learned how to put ships into orbit. But after a few successful attempts, I ran out of fuel way before expected and now I am stuck in orbit.  To make things worse, I tried to go EVA while in orbit and ended up losing track of my ship. Now, I have both a rocket and an astronaut in two different orbits and no way to get rid of them. This makes playing harder because they keep showing up on the space map. 

Is there any way I could disable them on the map or maybe delete them together?

Howdy.

Go to the tracking station, click on the thing, and choose to stop tracking it.

Welcome to the forums @oli123314!

You can go to the Tracking Station, select (click on) whatever you want to get rid of, and then click the red button with a cross in the bottom left. That will delete the vessel, killing anyone onboard (that's the only drawback).
Or you can just use Hyperedit... Haha.

Or you can send a rescue mission. Jet pack Eva the stranded kerbal into the ship then return.
