Can't speak to IndieGala but you can usually get new games on GMG from a discount all the time.

For example: Destiny 2 Lightfall is also 16% off on GMG, but full $50 on Steam.

Those are unofficial steam key reseller sites, I highly, highly doubt Intercept has anything to do with this. Everything they sell is "on sale," that's the point of those sites. On GMG, Hogwarts Legacy, Atomic Heart, hell the RE4 remake and Last of us Part one preorders are all about 15% off right now. This doesn't mean anything

Hate to tell you guys this but GMG has had it for 15% since release day, because thats were I bought my copy.  It has nothing to do with IG(T2) Green Man Gaming and others like Epic do this all the time to get the sales, they are giving up part of their profits to make more than they generally would vs Steam.
