Quick Question

Quick question: I have ksp2 directly downloaded, and the version is (pretty sure) 0.1.0, how do I update it? (mods if this is on the wrong thread feel free to move it)

With KSP1 you could not update your existing download and had to download a fresh copy to get a new version. I don't know if that's true of KSP2 since I got it through Steam, but maybe that's what you need to do?

I think the launcher has an update button, but I've never run it.

You have to download the full 16GB zip file for each new version. Hopefully they handle updates better some day, but I'm sure it's not a priority issue.

Thanks! This worked and I have the site bookmarked now. I agree that the devs should make it easier to update as well.
