Blueshark109
I would continue to say"That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for man-kind."And try and keep it a tradition until we've been on every planet in the system. How about you?Yeah I would keep it like a tradition so it would be A part of Human culture you know. Astrofox
technically, it would be "contact" because we landed in the craft, however, on the surface, I would say something like - "Well, we've landed - should we set up base?"

DestinyPlayer
I would say:"ßрøõхðûø."Which mostly translates into "We've arrived."Why this one? Because of the famous phrase by Yuri Gagarin, just from the other side. You also could say:"That's one giant leap for man, one colossal jump for mankind."Or something of that kind. Chano
I'd probably say something along the lines of: "Today marks a significant point in the history of mankind. I have ventured out into a land where no other has set foot before. We as humans should be proud of such an amazing feat we have accomplished together and let this day be a start, to our future in space." ...Though I would say that if I was a successful astronaut brave enough to actually go to Mars! Realistically, I'd be saying stuff like this: "What?! I didn't sign up for this! You said there were cookies... (Sad face) Also my I ask, do I get good Wi-Fi connectivity up here?"
