Can't change craft/vessel name in tracking station permanently.

It's impossible to rename a ship in the Tracking station. When you edit a name the line for KSP change, not the line of the ship you were editing. When you exit the tracking station and come back the KSP line is now back to KSP but the name of the ship still has the old name.

Also the name is barely visible when editing.

Renaming the vessel does not stick and it reverts back to its previous name or sometimes creates duplicate entries with the old name

I'm able to successfully rename a ship in the tracking station if I focus the ship before renaming it.

What I did: Edited the vessel name in the tracking station.

Expected Result: The vessel name should persist.

Actual Result: The vessel name reverts back to the previously defined name.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.) Create a Vessel in the VAB, save as "Fly Safe" and launch to orbit.

2.) Go to Tracking Station and Edit Vessel Name, change from "Fly Safe" to anything else.

3.) Exit Tracking Station, Return to Tracking Station

Ditto.  Renaming anything in tracking station only renames the KSC, even if I never select the KSC after entiering Tracking Station.  Renaming doesn't survive leaving and re-entering tracking station.  I have never seen the game rename what I had selected to the new name, or have that renaming stick.

When you rename a vehicle in the Tracking Station it doesn't save. Ive been able to replicate this on every vehicle I put into orbit. I focus it in the tracking station and rename the vessel. Then when i go to the VAB or any other facility and return to the tracking station the vehicle is no longer what i named it and is back to its original name. This is very detrimental to gameplay.

Even with the latest patch, renaming doesn't stick. It reverts back even if you re-focus on the object you just renamed.

If it helps, there’s a mod that allows you to rename your vessels in flight. It’s called Vessel Renamer.

This bug has been with us since the first day and is well documented. There is a workaround if you’re willing to use mods. Just look for Vessel Renamer. It will allow you to rename your vessels in flight.

Meanwhile i was able to change the name by editing the save json file located in AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2\Saves\SinglePlayer\@yoursavename

Look for the vessle name and change it everywhere it appears... when reloading the save it is changed

Reported Version: v0.1.3 (latest) | Mods: Spacewarp, Bepin, Custom Flags, Maneuver Node Controller, Speedy Startup | Can replicate without mods? Yes
OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz | GPU: RTX 3070 | RAM32 GB

As the title says, if you change a vessels name in the tracking station it will revert to the original name after you leave and enter the tracking station again. It was buggy in the release version, 4 month later still present.
