When you say "reflex" do you mean reflective? If so, you can use Textures Unlimited Recolored Depot. This mod will let you change the colours of parts, and the slider for specularity will determine how reflective a part is.

I was looking for a mod with restock compatibility and that has the ability to change the amount of reflection like planetshine (which I found these days). I'm still learning how to use planetshine and I need help if you know how to use it let me know

Planetshine is not a reflection as you mean it. It only illuminates the side facing the planet, so it only reflects the light of the planet. What you mean (your pic of starship) is a reflection from the surface of objects like rockets themself. This can only be done by the stock reflection (if a part has silver or gold foil) or Textures Unlimited. It`s the only mod for reflections like this. Restock is not compatible with it. At least there are no configs for it. Only some parts with silver or gold foil have stock reflections.
