Um, those are the titles of people we know have already been let go.

Take 2 announced that development on several titles was being cancelled.  Then a few weeks later there were layoff notifications.  The studio is being closed.  70 layoffs.  Which would be pretty much everyone working on KSP 2.

ShadowZone did a recent video where he discussed all the behind-the-scenes information he'd gathered, including some specific people who were laid off early in the current process.  This included several senior people, who were of course expensive.  Then the mass layoff happened.  The team is presumably under NDA, so we won't hear directly from them for some time, though there will be leaks and you can check people on LinkedIn.
