How do ranks work?

Hello, I'm new here. Are there any ranks/badges on this forum? If so how do they work?

No ranks in this version of the software. Some challenges offer an image as a trophy for challenges, but that's not a formal thing.

I was just wondering because I came from the SFS Forums, which has a rank system where moderators and high ranking members promote you based on how active you are, how good of a member you are and how good at the game you are. There are also demotions if you aren't a good member or become inactive

No ranks here. You get likes if people like your posts, but they don't come with rewards or punishments.

That sounds like a recipe for favoritism and arguing.
