Does your vessel have any clipped parts? This can sometimes create accidental kraken drives.

oh yeah i do, the engine is clipped because it looks janky when its in the original position but that clipped engine kraken encounter never happened to my other spacecrafts taht had a clipped engines

Try modifying it in the VAB and see what happens. I'd keep the original and save as a new version as kraken drives can be useful.

@StarKerbol Did you find a fix or workaround for your problem?

I see that others already mentioned clipped parts. EVA Construction, attaching parts to an existing ship, can also trigger mysterious acceleration. Clipping and EVA Construction are usually safe but when they go wrong they can go very wrong.

Another acceleration-like problem I've seen might be due to KSP math rounding errors. These drifts are usually small but sometimes a trajectory that was going to enter a planet's SOI changes without warning, turning an intercept into a miss. The game setting include orbital drift compensation but that doesn't always prevent the problem.
