Outback_Zach
I needed to find an area for a base that was over a kethane and ore deposit. And so Mapler was born. 4 in 1 probe that explores the surrounding area in search of flat land for a base.To Minimus!Landing is successfulAnd so it begins... Sapphire
Despite the fact that Oblivion is lost, I was sort of able to finish Odyssey's mission. I managed to knock Dragon off of Oblivion with Whack-a-Kerbal, and sent them to pick up the Odyssey's crew. So I need to recover the Dragon, and save the 16 Kerbals trapped in the derelict Oblivion interplanetary ship in orbit around Pol.

Mihara
Probably nothing particularly special to some, but after spending most of a day on it, I feel the need to show this triumph of procedural engineering off: first rocket in a long, long, LONG while that actually looks like a rocket, and not like a chandelier.I'm not sure I know how exactly it doesn't fall apart on the pad, but it doesn't. RocketPilot573
2 Kerbals died today...Liftoff, liftoff of the Orion Orbiter on its second journey to space! It was Adam, Dean, Scott, Anlan, and Doodon's first time in space. Their mission was to deploy a satellite and further test the new ship. This time the cargo bay doors were set to an action group, so they opened much easier.Adam knew what to do, he pushed the satellite out of the cargo area, and deployed a solar panel while he was at it.Then suddenly, problems arose: There was no probe core...After some arguing at mission control, it was agreed that the satellite would be returned to Kerbin, docking port or not.The crew quickly recaptured the probe and shut the bay doors so it couldn't escape. The crew didn't complain much about the 10g+ reentry, then again, they probably couldn't have...Now this next picture shows a perfect approach, but it was actually droping like a rockSink rate! Sink rate!Mayday! Pull UP! Pull UP!I'm trying!!!Mechjeb: WARNING: CRASH IMMINENT Too late, just like the previous landing, the left lander gear collapsed.Anlan and Doodon were in the crew container, it did not survive...At least the satellite survived, ish...Landing Gear, you're FIRED!!!! AGAIN!!!!!!! Edited August 29, 2013 by RocketPilot573
