Arendey
My favorite space station design (with 2 tugs inserted between the core and docking rings) on its way to Laythe. Called it the Farscape Launchpoint, its in the spacecraft exchange if anyone wants a copy. Anyway these probably are my best screenshots of it (and overall). And here it is at Laythe with the tugs removed and a transport docked

Crown
[...]Was searching for an idea for an inter-planetary Kerbal omnibus. And there it is. Thanks Is that transport ship able to bring personnel out of Low Kerbin Orbit into Low Laythe Orbit with just it's two LV-N? RoboRay
Is that transport ship able to bring personnel out of Low Kerbin Orbit into Low Laythe Orbit with just it's two LV-N?Of course. You never need more than one engine for an interplanetary spacecraft. Adding more actually reduces your delta-v capabilities.Adding one or two does really help your TWR, though, as it doubles or triples your thrust. Beyond that, diminishing returns makes additional engines less useful.

RogueMason
It's been in the making for a little while, but today, the first prototype Libra III class Science Vessel took flight. Some flaws have been found, and so the first proper ship of the class to fly, the Libra LBR-030-B, will be improved upon. The aesthetic difference is very much noticeable between the new and the old version. While the previous looked more utilitarian, this one is more sleek. The same basic design has been kept though, obviously, but now with expanded fuel capacity, hopefully improving the range of the vehicle.Halemone Kerman investigates...
