KAO
next generation lander: the Gargantuan Lander. Seen here doing ground tests. Powered by three of the most powerful stock enginesIt was too heavy to launch all in one go, so I had to launch it without fuel, then fuel it in orbit

Castille7
Thanks a lot! glad you liked it, actually, i had to think a lot about them to be worthy of some of the marvels among this thread. I am not a good engineer myself, the idea for the one at duna came from a youtube video of a guy building a hexagon, here is a *ahem* revamp of a rover called the moonve. I made it into a mobile lab for a base:http://i.imgur.com/gqfq91f.pnghttp://i.imgur.com/NGpFfhq.pngAnd as you shall see, my learning steps were actually provided by harv (haav? HaArf?) from HOC gaming, he has beautiful designs there:http://i.imgur.com/9olVCHp.pngThis is nice! My son and I watched the youtube video that's no moon base an thought that was really cool too! RocketPilot573
Just landed my first kerbal on Eve in career, and I did so with style!I slightly overshot the intended landing area, so Phil Kerman had to dive the plane, notice the sonic effects.Phil recorded some data about both Eve and the plane. This is my first time flying at Eve, and my first observation is that this plane that can only barely turn on Kerbin can now pull at 5 gees.Landed! Felsmak
So perhaps you remember Queen Dresmeralda, the well dressed queen of Dres and all that is lumpy? She came to liberate our beloved dwarf planet from the terrible pretender queen who didn't even pay the landing fee.Equipped with only a rocket launcher, fueled by blood and powered by hatred, our glorious Queen heroically confronted the unarmed impostor from behind!Unable to defend herself, her stricken adversary could only watch as justice hit her like a hammer; her solar panels had been ripped clean off by the blast. Such is the precision of the rocket launcher mounted on the shoulder of Queen Dresmeralda.Forever trapped underneath Queen Dresmeralda's terrible metal gown, the overthrown pretender can only watch as her old realm is being governed by its rightful ruler instead. Without any electrical systems to support her, she can neither move, speak nor even see. She is trapped and shall remain so for all eternity, for such is the punishment for asteroid theft! All hail Dresmeralda, Queen of Dres and all that is lumpy! May her reign last until the end of time!
