NewKSC

As I have just run it......

First load screen I get ksc + long runway + 6 hexagonal pads

I left a craft last game on a runway and now its on grass

I select the craft and go to it

I open the KK menu (inflight base boss) and hit the "Landing Guide " button (red)

it turns green and all of your beautiful work appears

I don't know if that is how it is supposed to be or how I can get it all to load from the start?

But anyway it's beautiful, thank you.

 

I recovered craft and am back to what I started with, load craft and launch and it's all back again, hope this helps...

@glibbo, thanks for your reply and your compliment! I really appreciate it. Your problem seems to be the same as what I was having a little while ago. However, the problem isn't to do with this mod. I can recommend you try redownloading the dependencies, especially Kerbinside. Otherwise, I think it would be better to go to the Kerbal Konstructs thread and raise the issue there.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: ALL DEPENDENCIES MUST BE INSTALLED FRESH, IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THEM INSTALLED THE MOD WILL NOT WORK. This means that if you have any of the dependencies installed, delete them and install them fresh.

Did it not work? I tried it and it seemed to be alright. Anyway I am currently working on a new update (i.e. completely redoing everything) which should hopefully fix the issue. Should be done in the next 1-2 weeks.

Hi, I really don't know why it won't stay in the game, I have made a clean install with just your mod and all dependencies, gone through every menu item in KK and saved (even though they were saved) ...but the inflight base boss is always red button until I click to turn it green (then it all appears)..One thing I noticed is a window upon starting the game "Kerbin Side Remastered - Unsupported KSP Version, please use !.7.3"

which I am using, so I just don't know, anyway thanks and hopefully the update will work for me .

Hi and YAY !!!

I have it on a clean install and it all opens on first load screen, wonderful. The water launch site and wind farm is missing but I think that's how it's supposed to be, anyway thank you again for doing this, excellent .

Yes, that's alright. I will eventually add those, but first I wanted to make sure everything worked. Now that everything is good, I'll continue to work on adding more statics!

I know the new update doesn't have the harbour, that's because I want it to be compatible with other planet packs. A new harbour can be found in my new mod Stock Launchsites Expansion

Thank you. I was just thinking about building some animated statics, so hopefully I can study them to workout how.

Wow, this is one of the most polished/elegant "extensions" of KSC. 
It's a shame I've been playing 3.5x for years  (I think I'll create a new save specifically to test this KSC )
BTW do you have any plans to scale up? (or max 2.5?)

Well, I originally created this mod for a 2.5x career playthrough, however later versions were mostly developed for the stock KSC. I needed to enlarge the stock peninsula to make everything fit. Then I loaded it into a 2.5x save and Wow! There is so much space! So yes, maybe when I have a little more time I'll make a new version specifically for larger scales.

Oh yeah, basically since I discovered the KK mod and the ability to scale the map... I haven't gone back to stock. Because it's a challenge to play on a big "map"

You can use it constructively to build an island or destructively to create lakes, rivers and shores. If you wanted to, you could then make a mod for Mun Flats and then maybe players wouldn't ignore Mun for Minmus so much. ;)
