Heh all,

            I've been working on a new version of my little Squall jet trainer. :)

Through a bit of KSP voodoo I've managed to drastically increase the performance of the design while still keeping the weight down to a hair over 2t.

This new version can super-cruise at over 600m/s (Mach 2) and is capable of circumnavigating Kerbin with ease.

Like the original it's powered by a pair of Juno engines nestled just aft of the cockpit.

It goes without saying that the craft is extremely agile and will have you pulling Gs like a champ! :D Anyone that wants to take her for a spin can grab a pre-release version here:

Well, re-reading my reply, I probably made it sound much more exciting than it really is.

What consumes most of my time is work and family (17 months old son :)).

The minutes that I spend on learning blender don't amount to much when summed up :P

That miniature aircraft carrier is amazing too. You should put out that craft file as well, it's those sort of things that we're in short supply of too!

And finally got a computer!

And an idea! I designed what is basically a small reaction wheel, an Oscar-b and a juno, of course with intake, an antenna, etc.

good for cheap laythe exploration, or training.

Not sure of a name yet, hopefully inspiration will strike soon! Not much fuel no, but even with the four radial tanks she still makes over 7k Delta V. The reaction wheel and RTG are nestled in the power pack to help counterbalance the pilot. :wink:

Pilot assist seems to function better with the control surfaces disabled. :wink:
