I personally have to say that my favorite is the mk.1 lander can, as by gum, the internal is amazing, next, the cupola, then the new 2.5m probe body.

Probably the standard Lander Can. I often use it, not as a pod, but a gyro, due to its nice amount of torque.

Mk1-2 for general, for IVA i love the Mk1 Lander Can, it's just beautiful

When the the cupola was added, I immediately thought it would be my favorite. But I thought it would have more visibility than it does. So, I still prefer the landercan, even with its muddy windows, because I can see where I'm going. Next is the mk 1 cockpit with its hi-vis bubble canopy.

Joke aside, I like the new lander can not that much cause it got some weired floaty surfaces when you want to stick stuff to it. I prefer the MK1-2 for most missions.

I don't have a fave pod as such, but i must admit that i prefer the smaller one-man pods, simply because they are easier (for me, at least) to get up into orbit. If i have to send a Kerbal somewhere, and i can get away with sending one in a one-man pod, thats what i like to do

I don't really have a favorite, but I rarely use the 1 man pod, haven't seen a reason, any of my manned mission usually needs more than 1 person, and I generally pick the probe core based on which suits the project better due to it's mounting abilities.

Stock: I'd probably have to say the Mk 1 cockpit; sleek, stylish, and with a nice view from IVA, what more could you want?

Mod: The S2 pod from B9 Aerospace is a very nice pod. No questions asked, it's a beautifully sleek bit of kit with a brilliant IVA. No wonder I used it on my Odysseus mission.

However, my most used are the stock 1 and 3 man pods, simply because of their reliability and... well, usefulness

The old mk1 pod was fantastic. If i have to choose something new, though, anything but the inline spaceplane cockpit and the shuttle cockpit. I like IVA too much for those.

Mk1 Lander Can is pretty fun, and useful for rovers when I set it up right.

Command pod Mk1

It fits on most rockets, and has plenty of instruments if I want to fly in the cockpit.

I also like the Mk1 lander can. One part for the sticky notes, one part for the instruments, fifteen parts because of the snacks.

3-man capsule is my all-time favorite. Though I won't say any more, I will tell you that the shuttle pod, in my opinion, REALLY needs to be thrown in the trash and remodeled.
