I have;

Kerbquility Base - The first flag planted on the Mun

Kerbitan Base - The site of the first Minmus ladning

Rescue Base Camp - Where Jeb, Shersted and Lengman became stranded on the Mun and were rescued.....which is still on going. The rescue ship is now stranded in Munar Orbit.

I have yet to do very extensive mapping of the Mun, but do have a few sites. The most notable of these would probably be Madden plains, where I set down my first Munbase. Other sites include the Bilberry Arch and the Stargazer Highlands.

My landing sites (and their descriptions) are all named in my native language (Filipino), which I find strange because I don't really consider myself nationalistic or patriotic :D I guess it's just easy for me to remember.

Sure ... the crater with the attached canyon that looks like a tadpole was named tadpole crater by me ...

the 2 craters connected by a canyon are the Bola Craters and the Crater with the Armstrong Memorial is the Armstrong Crater

I do now. Sometimes.

"Mare Pullos"

"Observations Hill."

"Airstrip Island"

"Merman Hill"

"Richbin's Shipwrek"

That's all so far. It will be useful to find these sites again.

Named my first spaceplane landing "First Impossible Landing". I landed on the peak of a mountain with only feet of space to land. Luckily, I was stopped because of my huge wings with high lift and slow landings. I ended up with the plane touching down unharmed and was good as new. I ended the mission and forgot the pictures for proof. But it was great!

On my first manned minmus mission, I landed in one of the ice lakes. Since I name my moon rockets after Apollo landing sites, I called the ship "Hadley", since it had the whole she-bang for Apollo 15, rover, ascent stage etc. I called the landing site "Sea of Hadley" in honor of the ship that got me there.
