Help with mechjeb ascent auto pilot

I recently installed mechjeb to help me bring fuel to my space station, the first time I used it, it worked perfectly, but every other time I use it, the ship wobbles and eventually explodes, it launches fine without mechjeb, but when I turn it on, it pretty much breaks.

There are two solutions that I can think of,

1. add more struts, or, 2. fly it yourself

Yep pictures, theres way too many variables to take in consideration. Also a craft file of what isn't working.

Usually, if MechJeb can't fly it, it's a human building error, not MechJeb the problem,

MechJeb fights hard to eliminate any roll you have. This causes me some failures: it's trying so hard to kill the roll that it loses pitch and yaw control, then when it realizes the rocket is a bit off course, it over corrects.

The roll is often helpful: any imbalance in pitch and yaw gets averaged out when you're spinning.

Reinforce your ship, or do it yourself.

Basicly what's happening is that your ship is stable as long as you go straight up, but Mechjeb makes constand small corrections, and thus introduces a tiny amount of wobble. If the ship is already weak, this will make it worse

Also lock any engines w/gimble on your outside ring.
