Djsnowboy267
Whenever his Kerbals have no hope of survival, he flips them onto their heads and bounces them off the ground. How does he manage to get them upside down in the first place? I've tried, but can't get it to work.
SolarLiner
Left click and drag to flip them. You need to have your EVA jetpack enabled in order to do that.

I'd been trying forever to be able to do this. *yells over shoulder*Jeb? You're going to experience re-entry and landing--without a spacecraft! zpox357
Brilliant! I'd been trying forever to be able to do this. Great, be careful though. Just one Kerbal landing at an odd angle has resulted in my save file completely bugging out on several occasions. The latest of which was about 3 minutes ago. Whirligig Girl
I think I heard (and experienced) that they removed the helmets awesomeness. After all, when was the last time you saw in Danny's videos a surviving Kerbal from a head bounce?
TheDarkStar
Actually, helmets are still nearly indestructible. However, there's a slight chance that the Kerbal dies anyway.
JakeGrey
You might want to look into the EVA parachutes mod...
DoctoOcto
Easy! He clearly asks me to use my powers to turn them over. No downgraded EVA was involved. Just my superior powers and intellect.I need to fetch off' to the old' teahouse.

xub313
My favorite thing to do on the mun is to jump and have my kerbals do backflips and other aerobatics using this. Edited September 9, 2013 by xub313
Kinglet
Well, if you are falling towards a flat area, spin sideways with your jetpack, you might be lucky and survive!

Ryu Gemini
In the spirit of the necro, anyone have kerbals survive things they really, really shouldn't have lately?
Vanamonde
This thread is pretty old, and actually about a different subject. Would be better to start a new one.
