I was doing a Minmus landing in Alternis Kerbol, deploying a rover to trek across biomes. Now, one of the changes in Alternis Kerbol is that darkness is DARK.

The lander wasn't equipped with lights; I was landing on the day side, so I didn't need them. But just after touchdown, without warning, the lights go out. There is no sun. There is no ambient glow. I have no lights. Everything just goes out. The sun should have been high in the sky. The solar panels, when I right-clicked them, still showed they were generating power. But the only source of illumination was the soft glow from my ladder, and the flashlights during the transfer to the lab.

This was probably the creepiest glitch I've ever had in any game. Bill's reaction isn't helping either.

Landing on the Münar polar regions are cursed for me. 24 attempted landings and all of them have failed.most of the time the kraken attacks or I've also had parts just disappear! Plus it's just dark and a little scary there. I've decided to never revisit the poles again because of how freaky it is.

Landing on Jool. Counter in the top of screen went down to zero (everything became green), then minus 100 meters, minus 200 meters and it seemed like I can fly through planet without any resistance. And this uncertainty about "where am I?" and "how long it may continue?" was frighteningly.

Too lazy to dig up and post the screencap but I somehow managed to make the textures not load on the main menu screen, giving me a perfectly smooth plastic Mun. Oh, and the ship was invisible, but still had a disembodied smoke trail behind where the engine was supposed to be.

I had a glitch once where I would send a Kerbal on EVA, but it would clone him instead of removing him from the capsule. I flew around the Mun clicking the EVA button, leaving a trail of Kerbals in my wake, having a great auld time. I wish I'd thought to take a screenshot.
