Jethro Bodine
Boy I'm a knucklehead. I can't believe I fat-fingered "$" instead of "@". I guess that's what I get for typing with mittens. And yes, hotrockets was also modifying ionengine. Good call, sebi! Thanks again everyone. Everything is working as intended now.
PrivateFlip
Hello, someone commented in my thread I shouldn't leave a copy of module manager in my mod folder but instead place it in the gamedata folder. I liked it my way, nice and simple, saves me from having to write install instructions for CKAN. In first post says multiple copies are "okay", but does it really matter in the intermediate size scheme of things?
hakan
@PrivateFlip, if you really need ModuleManager (and nearly everyone does ), the have just a "depends" section in your .ckan file. That way, CKAN would take care of the correct installation location for you (without having to "write install instructions" )
sarbian
It does since I ask people to install it there. CKAN has ModuleManger already in there (and updated in realtime since yesterday), so you can just add a depends.

Olympic1
In MM 2.5.8 will the "&" fix still be in there for CSS (Crowd Sourced Science)?

klingolf
I accidentally installed the Module Manager with CKAN since its a depenency of Trajectories. Now I have the problem that whenever I start KSP manually (not over CKAN), all the mods are simply disabled or not loaded. And because Alt + F11 obviously can not work under Linux I have no way to access the Module Manager from within the game. So: how do I reenable my mods? ModZero
It's totally there, if you know how to look for it. Judging by everything, someone forgot to update the FP. It's not much of a problem, seeing that most people get this with mods.

And because Alt + F11 obviously can not work under Linux I have no way to access the Module Manager from within the game. So: how do I reenable my mods?In Linux, ALT + F11 can be accessed via R-Shift + F11. I've not had any problems running KSP in Linux (I actually run KSP_64 "by hand", because... well, I'm too lazy to fix the Launch KSP setting in CKAN). Do the mods load when you launch via CKAN? If so, what's the command CKAN is running? Is CKAN pointing to the same install of KSP that you're running by hand?

ModZero
Clearly. Blame the cats.I never do. Cats are right by definition. If the cats caused it, it was definitely the right thing to do.
