Which of your craft has the most part?

I don't think I need to explain a lot:tell what's your craft is designed to do and how many part it has!

Mine is a rocket of 191 parts, designed to bring two kerbal on Duna(and a third one in orbit) and bring them back, due to the fact I forgot to put dome parts(the mechjeb module on the lander(first attempt) and the chutes(second attempt).

While writing this, I am still doing the third(and hopefully the last) attempt to achieve the mission.

My largest vessel currently in use is my station orbiting Kerbin at 377 parts.

As to single rocket? Maybe 250-260. Usually by the time I start hitting 200 parts I decide to make it modular and build it in orbit. I did have a ship in .20 that was intended to visit every planet/moon in one trip and drop probes off at all the planets that came in just under 800 parts, but again built in orbit.

Depends on purpose.

For my playing in sandbox (trading file with a friend), where we're at war, I've built a Kessler Bomb with 698 parts.

For my use in trying to complete the Career mode, I've gotten up to at most 192 parts for a spaceplane capable of deploying 3 science probes.

Y'all don't mind watching slideshows? I built a grand-tour mothership that all told was around 500 parts, but it just wasn't worth it. Stripped it down and hacked myself some custom parts to get it down to under 300 including the eve lander iirc.

I still get playable frame rates flying up the Kessler Bombs. That being said, what I use for a desktop is not exactly consumer grade, and I run KSP at reduced resolution and quality settings. My friend, on the other hand, was mad cause I left 400 parts in orbit with my one launched weapon.

Mine's not either, but I don't turn settings down.

I'm working on the space shuttle that is about 450 parts! It does not lag at all....

Well, if I turn on the landing lights the fps decreases to around 3... It's actually kind of funny if you toggle them on and off. Slow... Fast! Slow... Fast! Slow... Fast!

Whackjob, this thread lagged as I got to your pictures. 4300 parts! that's...it's...I...., what the heck to you run that on, some kinda secret military grade, nuclear powered, cryogenic cooled monster that is otherwise used to count the number of atoms in the universe or something? Seriously my computer is pretty cool, but right now its having hysterics in the corner at the thought of running either of those. I don't think that my entire space program (even my 22yo one) totalled that many parts!

Whackjob, you have more patience than I do. Four of my Kessler bombs can bring my system to its knees, screaming and crying the whole way, and you've got way less CPU horsepower than I do. Two GTX 580's on a dual-CPU workstation board packing a pair of 6 core Xeons keeps my head out of trouble, but I've learned how to make things that can bring it down.

Currently testing how many parts I can put on something and still make it fly...
