A gift thing with salami/meats and cheeses?! (These are products that can last a year or more if stored correctly.)

Maybe it's not astronomical but related to selling cheese? String is used to cut cheese. You see it through glass in a store. The store is in, at least, this solar system. Maybe the astronomical sounding stuff eludes to a company or product name or something. Maybe the astrological hints are to throw us off!!!

Fondue!!!!??

If present means present like gift. What would elude your grasp if put in, under, or behind glass? I'm thinking food now. Maybe for aging or storage. Or like in a store or watching something being made that isn't ready or something similar.
