Hello space builders! My name is James Elvin and I have to say, Kerbal Space Program is a very unique game. It has taken away my social life, but enough of that!

I have owned Kerbal Space Program for almost half a year now and I have started to play it without using MechJeb (hooray!), honestly the game is much better in the opinion without any auto pilot modifications or over powered parts. I have over came my laziness and actually made my first post on the forum (which is a huge achievement on my part!)

I will be looking forward to meeting new players willing to discover more of the Kerbal/Kerbol Solar System!

Ooo, you're about to be attacked by people insisting that not all mods make the game easier. Hit the dirt! But yeah, I'm an all-stock purist as well. Not that there's anything wrong with mods! Some of my best friends are mods!

I personally like realistic parts (Near-Future Propulsion Pack, KSPX) and stuff for my ships, and things that help me build ships (Editor Extensions) but I don't use really big part packs like B9 Aerospace or KW Rocketry. I also don't like having an autopilot because it takes a while to make it efficient.

Glad you got off the MechJeb crutch. Much more fun without it IMHO. Welcome aboard fellow Kerbalnaut!!

I have some cosmetic mods.... Enhanced NavBall, Steam Gauges, Kerbal Alarm Clock, Clouds & City Lights... Nothing game breaking though.

Thank you for all the replies! Sorry for replying two days late but school is appearing to be a pain in a back side.. and yes mods that do all or most of the work for you take away the unique experience of Kerbal Space Program. I feel sorry for myself that I took almost half a year to figure that out...

I am a mod junkie, though I usually make the game harder than stock instead of easier.

But stock is a lot of fun too.
