Lohan2008
The solar panel is covering the corner of hatch, how can my Kerbal get in the command pod ? Edsay has to EVA from the Cupola module ;(http://imgur.com/dSe9MvC Edited March 2, 2014 by Lohan2008
Phafor
You could undock you capsule from the 2,5 m docking port somehow get it down to kerbin, recover it. Launch a second one with the top solar panel removed. Good luck
Superfluous J
Phafor's suggestion is the simplest and most reasonable. Just scrub this mission and send up another one with a corrected solar panel placement. You could try sending another ship up and bumping the panel, breaking it. However, the panel base would still be attached which I believe would still block the door.Your only other option is to install Kerbal Attachment System and send another ship up there so someone can "G"rab the solar panel, freeing the hatch. Tex_NL
Both Phafor's and Horseman's suggestions are valid but they are not the easiest. Crew manifest allows you to move Kerbals IVA.

Superfluous J
Oops! I totally missed that there was a link to an image in the first post Yes, dock something to it and install Crew Manifest to transfer your guy. Or if you don't want to install a mod, you're stuck with landing the command pod somehow to recover it.
Kryxal
It DOES have chutes, so I'm sure it can deorbit ... does it do anything else or is it just how you're getting everybody home? If it's just a taxi to Kerbin, crew manifest sounds good.
Vanamonde
As I always say, test on the ground before you get to space. Avoids all kinds of heartache.
