I think Kerbal money should be Rocks, that fits both. They may have used a "standard rock" as mass unit, and a Rocket is clearly Kerbal symbol of power.

If I could correct you slightly, its not "boosters are the root of all evil" it`s "The love of boosters is the root of all evil" boosters are not evil per se but the love of them leads to many problems...

That is because their mouths can`t say words that don`t start with a `K` (either that or they have a weird grammar rule saying you define a noun by the fact it starts with a `K` which is also possible)

I must say sals suggestion sounds ok, munnies although there may be a connection to Mun drawn where one was not before (maybe they are what you spend to get to Mun? Munnies? Are they a currency *only* used to buy spacecraft parts?)
