When did mouse wheel support get added?

I mean for maneuver nodes? I accidentally scrolled my mouse wheel over a prograde marker on a maneuver node and was shocked when it increased the DV of the node. Apparently you can move the node really fast or super slow (like .1 dv per click of wheel slow) with the mouse wheel now. Has this always been there and it took me this long to figure out? Or is this new and noone talks about it? :P

Handy dandy 23.5 feature. You can see it in the version history here

The mousewheel affected maneuver nodes back in 0.23 (and possibly earlier though I only have 0.23 to test). However, it ALSO zoomed in and out so the "feature" was somewhat hidden and really only showed up as confusing, unwelcome, random changes to your maneuver nodes.

Now it's not confusing once you know what is happening, but (for me at least) it's still unwelcome and random. If anybody knows how to turn if off I'd love to know. I'm thinking of asking for it to be toggleable.

While at it, the 'next orbit' buttons are pretty rad: rendezvous is a bit less onerous now.

Yea, those are awesome. It's amazing how people can come up with something you don't even concider an option, and quickly realize is unmissable

To be honest I don't know how the next orbit button functions. All I know is I sometimes click it by accident and then my maneuver gets messed up.

Click somewhere to 'close' the node, so that it turns into an 8 pointed star.

Than rightclick on that node. It'll bring up a big X in the top, and 2 little buttons to switch between orbits in the bottom
