Actually since the things we seeing are things like power overrides, emergency alarms, chutes ect, I wouldn't be surprised if the manual switches where more for SHTF moments where you need to hit critical systems with-ought taking the 4 seconds to use the menus. I wonder if they will be trying to use touch screens as I see that being difficult with the suit gloves...
