I don't know exactly, but when my Jool5 ship was almost to LKO it was 374 tons. I sadly cut out the finishing burn to orbit so it was probably a few tons less. My poor computer barely got that into orbit so I don't think I could do much more, though part count was the big limiting factor so if all I launched was a whole bunch of orange tanks I bet I could have done more tonnage.

The largest thing I launched successfully in a single launch was probably something like 130 tons in payload or so I think (I think it was my recent ship to Dres). However, I'm currently designing my largest combined ship, which looks like will be approaching 800-900 tons in orbit, though that will be assembled in orbit

About 1000t to 100 km orbit in a single launch. Heaviest ship assembled in orbit has about 6400t

My largest single-launch payload was 1100 tons (1500 tons to orbit total), which was 7500 tons on the pad:
