Hi! I just got started and the best I've done is a rocket that went pretty far up, but failed cause I don't get the "action sequences" to well. I have not been feeling well due to headaches and just being blech.

That's how everybody's first few flights go, except for the headaches. Learning KSP is the process of crashing farther and farther from the launch site, until you reach where you want to go. Anyway, hope you're feeling better soon, and welcome to the forum.

Check your status bars to make sure you've got enough sleep, food, and water.

And/or take the appropriate pills.

I find these to be good strategies for dealing with headaches.

Sometimes a big dose of caffine and a full night's KSP will fix you right up! (Or make it worse. I'm not sure which.)
