Can you move the navball left or right without mods?

The navball always gets in the way. Has anyone found a way to move it sideways somewhere without using extra mods?

No, you need a mod to move it. And yes, option to move it somewhere else should definitely be in stock.

Ahhhh... Now that's the stuff. Enhanced navball. May seem redundant but maneuver node/pro/retrograde marker ghosting makes it well worth it.

No one know which file to edit to change the location?

I did see the enhanced navball. Any chance that it will brake my save next patch?

It's more likely that the patch itself will break your save.

You can minimize it by clicking the teeny tiny arrow just above it

EN does this? I use it for months now! Why did I not know this?!

I should read patch notes more often instead of just blindly updating my mods it seems. ;P

Remember we're getting a new user interface in 0.24. You probably don't want to put a great amount of effort into changing things now.

EnhancedNavball was going to be stock in vers 0.18. It will be stock at a later date. I believe it was developed by a Squad dev.

I'm not a squad dev, but yeah looks like squad are taking on some of the functionality as stock. I will make whatever is not "stocked" available within the mod at that release.

I think it's quite relevant and good to know I'll still be able to size the ball ( to see the node better ) and move it ( usually right ) so I can zoom in on my ships regardless of whether squad implements those features.

Love the mod kitoban. You should see these new developments as encomium.
