Army Surplus Labs V1.5 (24.2)

This is an army surplus mod, it adds 5 new custom made army parts and also adds a new contract provider, see image below for contractor logo.

It also adds a new parachute which is the default Mk16 parachute re-textured to the Army Surplus Labs Style.

Node placement bug

Re-scaled liquid engine to match size of other 1m parts.

adjusted thrustTransform to help fix a bug.

Fixed contractor not showing up bug

changed item prices for game balance

Notes: Renaming Downloaded folder will cause the Army Surplus Labs contract logo to not show up.

Note: Most of these are made for low res due to most peoples computers not being the best pc in the world even though you don't need the best to play this game.

@DeddlyUm, with all due respect, I asked a one sentence question.  Nowhere did it mention or even infer I think it should be forbidden, or that I have a problem with it.  There has been a rise in very old posts coming back to the top lately.  Is it wrong to be curious?  In all honesty there are probably some amazing old mods that are worth someone updating.

But in this thread case I  was just curious.  It was brought back from the dead literally just to update the download link, for the .24 KSP version...and I was curious as to why
