Space-Shuttle parts

Recommended Posts

Hello,

i recently found out about blender and decided to make some of my own parts for ksp.

right now i only made the cockpit(not completely), and would like to show it here.

i would appreciate any help and tips for blender, but please no harsh comments, as i am very new to blender.

Also excuse my language, as i do not live in america anymore.

thank you

Leoner Dwei.

There is an Add-on Development section of the forums for this kind of thread.

The Add-on Releases and Project Showcase section is for when you have a working mod that you want to release to everyone.

Don't worry about it to much though, you're not the first to make this kind of mistake, and a moderator will probably move your thread to the right section soon.

OK then, the first tip is: Take things step by step. First step is to learn blender. Forget everything else for now. Just have fun creating things.

Coming from a guy who only learned what he needed when it was needed to get a part into the game as soon as I could, I can't say enough how true this advice is. Being comfortable with Blender will make everything else easier. I got started with a tutorial series by a YouTube user named CannedMushrooms. He has a lot of videos, but his Blender box modeling stuff is pretty good and directly applicable to modeling for games.

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
