IIRC, they've said it's still on the table, but it would be something they would work on after the game was feature complete, eg, it'll be a while.

A Whileâ„¢ ?

Is that like... Soonâ„¢?

Definitely going to need some patience on this if A Whileâ„¢ is the same scale as Soonâ„¢.

Soonâ„¢ implies the work has started. A Whileâ„¢ implies work has not started. I think. Or is that I Thinkâ„¢?

Uhoh, It's Spreading!â„¢

Dammitâ„¢.

But yeah, that definitely implies quite a large amount of time.. :/

I'm wondering if they put that off because of performance concerns. I noticed that if you have a kerbin SOI escape path, the game takes a noticeable performance hit.. Adding other planets in the mix may make that worse..

I think it will be getting to destroy the buildings, for example the Astronaut Complex, if you hit the glass walls, you'll see kerbals panicking and running around not knowing what to do

They said they will tell us what it is in the next squad cast!

REP IT IS FOR YOU

{Can I have some back :)}

Serious mode now (the 'Even More Randomized Text' thing is a joke in case it wasn't amazingly obvious before..): Didn't they talk about overhauling the Astronaut Complex at some point? Are we perhaps getting new hiring stuff? With silly animations or something?

Would be a good front end to large scale kerbal crew management in 0.26..

Back to silly mode: I, for one, welcome our new "stickup nutriment inferno flannel biked seconding frisk hatched censorious humanists shamefulness wrinklies tans bombings assents" overlords.

I'm now thinking of the capsule may now can be destroyed and break into debris then let the kerbals flying out of it instead of just another simple booooooom......we can now see our little green man survive the horrible crash but find itself helplessly flying hundreds of meters above the ground only to embrace its doom just a minutes later than usual.

If I understand the more recent hints correctly, they want to make the current planets more worthwhile before they add even more. That sounds as if it would take many soons of work. So yeah, it will be a while.

Yeah, I remember reading something along those lines too. I'm guessing that means (at the very least) biomes for things outside of Kerbin's SOI first...

Planets: It will be A Whileâ„¢.

I think I got it: subjecting the kerbals to extreme g-forces or rotation will make the cosmonauts sick and throw up in their helmets, and the new planned building is a centrifuge training facility

I don't think so, because the building wouldn't make whatever it was happen more often, and it's too tiny to be that anyway. Plus, how would it lay foundations for a bigger feature in .26? Just saying...

No, just... no. Seriously the thought or sight of vomit, real or fake, makes me want to vomit. Seriously, when playing roller coaster tycoon the first thing I do is hire too many janitors.

That would be cool. I also think lighting buildings on fire could be a cool feature.

Yeah! Then we can commit arson see pretty visual effects when we test our weapons on the VAB!

Wall cars might suddenly take on a whole new level of perilousness, as might landing rocket-powered vehicles on the helipads (and, likely, missing).

Fortunately, I think the VAB doesn't look like much of a fire trap. :D

Yes, but it would be fun to do over and over.

"He's puking again. More speed!" ... Muahaha. :)

I've not seen this mysterious building, but to throw yet another idea out there:

The new feature is related to bankruptcy. Maybe my "repo men" idea, but whatever it is it's something funny.

The little building is a betting shop, allowing you to lose your money more quickly.
