Nope, that's a building to make the secret feature "happen more often". I noticed it a while back and called attention to it in the devnotes thread and since then it's been a big point of hype. Max said in a squadcast it was there only to make the feature happen more often. The admin building is in front of the VAB/Astronaut Complex.

Could be. Though I if that is the case it is going to annoy people more than help the feature. I have a concern that it will end up being the next launch tower for those that remember those versions.

As for my opinion? I think it's destructible buildings, but I think that is only part of the feature. The full scope would involve having to clean up after your crashes. This would involve destructible buildings while also making use of the Secret Feature Building^tm as a fire-and-rescue team.

Squad was and is still deeply a PR company, they won't tell us what the secret feature is, that would totally go against their roots, and be nonsense before the release.
