But sorry, no vote. I think both media have their pros and contras. In my opinion it depends on what you are planing to present and how.

I prefer YouTube; it doesn't take as long to buffer. But that's just me.

Reason being...For KSP, people watch youtube to learn, then they watch Twitch to get ideas/entertainment.

I voted YouTube not because I think it's "better" or anything, but because it matches more my style both of watching and producing.

I'm sure Twitch has its uses, just none for me.
