Modding Mondays: Bombs

<p>For those who plan to destroy the KSC as their first act in <em>KSP: Economic Boom</em>, do it with style. Do it with <a href="http://bit.ly/1s3BMnp"><strong>PatPL</strong></a>'s <a href="http://bit.ly/1s3BMnp"><strong>BOMBS</strong></a>. Just pick a bomb from a utility slot, attach it to a wing and fire away. There are a variety of bombs to choose for when you’re feeling a bit on the destructive side.</p>

But yeah, I don't see military features coming to KSP in its near future (or in its far future, for that matter). Also, I think BDArmory is a very nice weaponry mod too. Perhaps it's already been showcased and I've just forgotten though.

No weapons in Stock KSP is simply not true. Look at my rockets - they are definitely weapons of KSP-destructuion.

Count me in the "this should remain in the realm of mods" camp. Cool mod for those who want to make bombers, though.

Why this thing and not BDArmory? Those are just weighed bricks, BDArmory offers actual explosive charges, bomb aimers and also guns and missiles. Not to mention it's models are of higher quality.

Agree. I don't like KSP (and mods) moving into pew-pew realm. Enjoy peace, while it lasts. I think everyone of us have a fair chance to discover "destructible buildings" thing, on our own homes, soon enough.

As far as I know its Utc-5 or CDT and was released at 9:30 pm on monday which is either 3:30 or 2:30am on tuesday GMT

To be fair though, military research helped launch the Space Age (V1, V2), and many of the first NASA astronauts had backgrounds in military aviation. KSP depicts the evolution of a space program, and since militaries undeniably have been involved in the real-life analogies of that development then I think it would only be fair to include them to some extent.
