No, that looks like textures missing. Try verifying you have a complete copy and restart KSP. If that doesn't work please head over to Support

Don't get me wrong I'm super excited. But I literally just finished my f-22 after like 50 hours. I'm terrified to go home and try and load it into .9.

OK, the whole editor move part is so pure win!

im now able to just move whatever i want wherever (just made a hovercraft with wheels offset by alot). Also cuts down part count as i nolonger am forced to stick a cubic strut every time i need to have x part stuck at x location, just attach it like normal radially or whatnot, and then move it as needed!

Umm, so I tried playing on the 64bit exe, and the builldings in career show as fully upgraded from the start, while not actually functioning as fully upgraded. In 32 bit everything is fine. o_O

Well my advise would be to try it on 32 bit, especially this close after release when you're very likely not modded beyond the memory limit yet as the mods haven't updated.

You should be able to edit your savefile to 'downgrade' the buildings.
