<p>Does your docking ability need a boost? <strong>NavyFish</strong>'s <a href="http://bit.ly/14SVDxc"><strong>DOCKING PORT ALIGNMENT INDICATOR</strong></a> is the mod for you! Think of it as a manual docking companion. It adds heaps of data and targeting options that allow your ships (both new and existing) to dock with greater ease than ever before.</p>

I use(d) this, but I find it really confuses me as the flight controls seem to be backwards from what is displayed. It obviously works as intended, and its simply me not feeling comfortable using it.

I'm going to give the NavBall one a try, thanks!

... I think this mod has been showcased in the Modding Mondays before. :P

Very useful mod, I used to love it back when it first came out.

Repooossssttttt!!! Like we forget stuff like this.. Give us back the old post!
REPOST ALERT!

But seriously, very useful. Using it for more than half a year now.

It's a good thing THREE (3) people told us this is a repost, because I might have missed it if only one would have said so.

Is there a rule against reposts anyway? It's a great mod, it's been inactive for the last 2 versions, and now it's back! That's worthy of letting everyone know in my book.

You know, I don't remember posting it myself. Maybe it was before my time. Regardless, it's active and it's useful as all get out. Enjoy.

I will second the preference for the Navball Docking Alignment Indicator as more stockalike/less intrusive. On the other hand, I believe the NavyFish DPAI has more features (particularly the ability to click buttons to cycle through targeting various docking ports, and the ability to assign names to specific docking ports), so I could easily see people choosing it instead based on their own preferences.

What exactly is Rowsdower doing in your avatar? It looks like he's fixing to club someone to death....

Maybe it's becouse most newspapers(u know the one's on paper, and that come out every day like the daily kerbal) don't repeat themself within a year, let alone delete the old paper so we don't know what was posted in the past.. And it's also not like there arn't any new mods to report about. This mod has just been updated. Some mods update almost on a weekly basis, should they post them in the modding monday's whenever they update?

The two mods I refuse to start a clean install without are this and MJ

Absolutely a must in my books!

The day I decided to install this was when I wanted to build my first station. Ever since that first attempt and success within less than a minute of trying, I actually look forward to docking.

Oh by the way, I'm not sure if anyone has realized it but this is a repost. :sticktongue:

REPO- just kidding. :P

however, this is amazing. It helps with docking so much, without making it feel like you aren't doing anything. It also helps when you need to dock at a certain orientation, like when you have solar panels that you want extending together, or in a certain direction. Great, Fun, Excellent helping mod. :)

But why do THREE people need to say it?

Astropapi was the first to point it out. You were the first to use the word repost.

ONE person would have been more than enough.

It's not the point that this was a repost. It's that everybody (hyperbole) scrambled to post that. Why? Because nobody cares to read anymore. "HEY A NEW TOPIC BETTER POST AND NOT CARE WHAT ANYBODY ELSE SAID!"

It's the exact reason why the Steam board is such a cesspit of "MULTIPLAYER" and "WORKSHOP" topics, because nobody ever READS.

So you expect no one to notice a newspaper releasing the same article twice in a period of 6 months or so?

People have a good memory, they don't like being fed the same thing twice.
