Problem accessing WIKI [wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com]

I've been unable to access wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com

For example, this link:

http://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/Duna

Produces this result

"Sorry! This site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Try waiting a few minutes and reloading.

(Can't contact the database server: ‪Access denied for user 'kerbalsp_wikiu'@'localhost' (using password: YES) (localhost)‬)"

Was working 2 days ago, I think. Has not since Friday night.

i just tried DOJME.com, and according to that the wiki site is up. Tried the site again, still no good.

So, is it really only "just me", or what may be the problem?

The site is "up" in that the web-server is serving incoming requests - in this case by replying with an error page.

The problem appears to be the link between the front-end (web-page) and back-end (database server); specifically it looks like the login details for the database were changed on the database server and not updated on the frontend. Or vice versa. This is not something a tool such as DOJME.com is programmed to detect.

Hi,

i'm just wondering what's wrong with the KSP Wiki in the last few days.

Every time i try to visit the wiki i get a blank page with the following text:

Sorry! This site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Try waiting a few minutes and reloading.

(Can't contact the database server: Access denied for user 'kerbalsp_wikiu'@'localhost' (using password: YES) (localhost))

I haven't found any announcement or other thread regarding this problem lately. So am i the only one experiencing this?

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks and best regards

Nils

Edit: Ah haven't seen this thread, now my post seems redundant^^

Yeah we know Mike, but Squad aren't about at the weekends, they have to see family sometimes :)
I don't know if any of the Squad staff have looked into it at all, or how much work it needs to fix. The internet though doesn't respect evenings and weekends, and I don't think leaving a website down for two days is a good approach.

But I suppose it's for the Squad management to decide.
